Motherhood At Its Finest

I was teary-eyed when I saw the latest TV commercial of Eden regarding the upcoming Mother's Day. It's true that motherhood is a choice we can make everyday and motherhood doesn't require gender roles. In the said commercial, a father is shown to be having the purest love for his daughter. He learned how to braid hair, checked some girl accessories, learned how to paint nails and bought a girl's magazine. He prepares and cooks meal; and do some other important things as well. In his own little ways, his love for his kid is visible at its finest.
The love of our mothers/parents is a perfect example of an unconditional love. They will always be there for you no matter what. Through thick and thin, ups and downs, good times and bad — you can rely on them. Every success and failure, every time you'll fall, every time you're hurt, or even when things are not going your way, they are going to be and will always be there.
Let me share Eden's commercial with you just in case you haven't seen it yet.

Let's give thanks to our biological (and/or your non-biological) mothers, to the mothers we know, to the mothers by heart, to our fathers who gives everything to be a mother, to our sisters who took care of us as a mother, to our aunts who will always be our second mothers, to our grandmothers who taught us wisdom, and the list goes on. From the bottom of our hearts, WE THANK YOU.
